"The product is excellent. The installer was thorough in explaining the use of the product including the care, how to contact if there was a problem. He was excellent in giving us ideas about other products that could go with our screen. 
There was a problem with the screen partially blocking a cupboard, he pointed that out prior to installation and gave us the option of choosing the installation regardless of the problem. I live in Chelsea Green and was one of the first people to get a Phantom Screen 24 years ago.  During that time I did not have a problem.  I recently decided to get a new screen only with the new latch which I am very happy with.  Was very happy with the installation and service.

We had your product in our last house and used it for at least 6 years before moving (double screen for a double door patio) and it was great. Our neighbors bought your competition for less money and guess what? they had problems with it, no company support. My Phantom screens never had a problem and we used that patio door all the time year round. Our new house has four entrances - 2 years ago we phantom doored three of them. Great product ! this year we decided to do the front door. 
The two service guys who came and installed were "awesome" - they know how to give good customer service. I have many times in the past highly recommended Phantom doors. . . . . thank you for having a great product and offering great customer service !!!!

Ryan was here on time, was very quick with the install. He explained everything in depth, cleaned everything up and we love our screen! Have had another brand in the past and this is far superior to that.
